4. Order Processing & Shipping

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2–5 business days.
Print-on-Demand items require 3–4 weeks for production before shipping.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery errors.

All designs, product images, brand names, and website content are the property of Motherland Fabrics.

Return and Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Motherland Fabrics. We appreciate your business and strive to provide high-quality fabrics, panels, kits, and sewing products. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—custom-cut fabrics, print-on-demand items, and fabric panels all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

While all orders are inspected before shipping, we understand that issues may occur.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement:

Email us at admin@motherlandfabric.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.

Please note: Minor color variations due to monitor or printing differences are not considered defects.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

4. Print-on-Demand (POD) Orders

POD items require 3–4 weeks for production.
Refunds will not be issued for production or shipping delays outside our control.

5. Sale Items

All discounted or sale items including clearance fabrics, bundles, and promotions are final sale.
